Susan Stegner

I have been a passionate and proud Tesoro High School  English teacher for twelveyears; however, my association with the school goes back to its inception in 2001 when my role was that of parent.  My son graduated with the first graduating class and my daughter two years later.  I have served as a Booster president, and I chose to long term substitute teach the two years prior to my permanent employment.  My passion for the school grows with my years of service.

I am now Department Chair and enjoy leading a group of exceptional teachers who dedicate themselves to the success of our students.

My past teaching experience came at Westerville North High School in Westerville, Ohio where I taught for five years immediately following my college graduation.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University, and I am still a proud Buckeye. The years between teaching experiences were filled with raising my three children.

Now, I look forward each year to instructing students in my Honors English II. and ERWC classes. I am fortunate to have the opportunity.

Please note that I am an avid user of  the Google Classroom and School Loop and will update grades frequently, at minimum every two to three weeks.  I will hold students responsible for checking on their own grades.  However, should you have any questions regarding your student's grades, please feel free to phone or preferably email me.
